1. Products & Orders

  • We sell office furniture: desks, office chairs, and file cabinets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and material variations. These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

File Cabinet Safety (Anti-Tip):

  • Never open more than one drawer at a time to prevent tipping.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Place heavier items in bottom drawers.

  • For taller cabinets, anchor to wall if recommended.

Office Chair Safety:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • Do not stand on chairs.

  • Use on level surface; check casters for floor type (hardwood, carpet).

Desk Safety:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • For standing desks, ensure no obstructions during height adjustment.

3. Furniture Safety Standards
Products comply with applicable standards:

  • File Cabinets: ASTM stability standards for clothing storage units where applicable.

  • Office Chairs: BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) standards for durability and safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, overloading, tipping from failure to follow safety guidelines).
