1. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing: In-stock items ship within 3-7 business days.

  • Shipping: Small items via parcel: 5-10 days; desks, chairs, and file cabinets via freight: 7-20 business days. You'll receive tracking and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and destination. Large items have separate freight charges shown at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

  • Desks: Yes, most require assembly (attaching legs, drawers, hardware). Instructions and tools included.

  • Office Chairs: Yes, require assembly (attaching base, seat, back, armrests). Tools included.

12. What is LTL freight delivery?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold – the driver will not bring items inside unless White Glove service was purchased.

13. What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Critical: Inspect immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Do not discard packaging.

14. What payment methods do you accept?
